Headed by CEO John Godden and Nikhil Jhangiani, Non Executive Director, the IGS Advisory Team brings extensive experience of successful Fund launches and re-launches involving New Funds, New Fund Companies, Segregated Managed Account Platforms, UCITS III and UCITS IV, ETFs, Service Provider Review and Selection and, as control and transparency become more and more important, Governance.
John brings over 15 years of experience gained from hands-on Fund development and marketing. A regular conference speaker, he is widely regarded as one of today’s leading Hedge Fund experts. Having studied Pure Mathematics at University and worked for some of the world’s major banks, he formed IGS Group in 2007 to service an increasing number of clients who were unable to access unbiased and independent advice.
Nikhil’s extensive resume needs no introduction. As well as being a driving force in IGS's operations, he has been CEO of Absolute Return Investment Advisors Ltd (ARIA) since 2003. Nikhil has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Cornell University and a Master's degree from the Graduate Institute of International Studies. Nikhil bring huge international experience and depth to IGS.
IGS Advisory’s work with ground breaking new Funds gives it real, relevant and more importantly recent intelligence into the demands of Investors, and the technology currently being introduced in to the sector. This quarter, we have seen interest in Managed Accounts infrastructures continue to grow, strong interest in developing UCITS compliant sister Funds and a renewed level of activity in bringing direct asset Funds to market.
